Terms of Service
1. The service
Taf9eel is a subscription web app for running a tailor shop: orders, measurements, the workshop, invoices and the shop's money. It runs in a browser on phones, tablets and computers.
2. Your account
The owner creates one shop account (an email address and a password) and gives each person a 4-digit PIN. The owner is responsible for who knows the password and the PINs, and for what is done with them. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has access.
3. Trial, prices and payment
- A new shop gets 7 days free with every feature, and no card is needed. A branch has no free trial: it is added to the shop's subscription by Taf9eel and paid with it.
- After the trial the price is BD 50 a month or BD 500 a year for each branch, as shown on taf9eel.com when you subscribe. The optional setup service (tablets, moving your records, training and printer setup) is a one-off fee agreed before it starts.
- The yearly plan can also be paid in 4 instalments of BD 125, one every 3 months. Each instalment extends the subscription by 3 months; if one is not paid on time, the same 7-day grace period applies.
- Payment is by bank transfer or BenefitPay. A paid period starts when the payment is received.
- If a trial or paid period ends and is not renewed within 7 days, the account becomes read-only: records stay visible and can be exported, but nothing new can be added until payment.
- Fees cover the period paid for. If we end the service for a reason that is not the shop's fault, we refund the unused part.
4. Your data
The shop owns its records. We use them only to provide the service, as the Privacy Policy explains, and you can export everything at any time.
5. The shop's responsibilities
- Enter accurate information, and have the right to record your customers' information, including their agreement where it is needed.
- Check your invoices and VAT returns. Taf9eel calculates VAT as set in your settings, but the shop is responsible for its tax registration, its invoices and its filings.
- Use the service lawfully. Do not try to break its security, reach other shops' data or overload it.
6. Availability
We work to keep Taf9eel available and back it up every night, but we cannot promise it will never be interrupted. When the internet drops, the app keeps taking orders and payments and sends them when the connection returns. We announce planned maintenance in advance where we can.
7. Changes
We improve Taf9eel regularly. If we change these terms in a way that matters, we tell shops in the app or on WhatsApp before the change takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that means accepting the new terms.
8. Ending the service
You can stop at any time and ask us to delete your data (see Data deletion). We may suspend an account that breaks these terms, or that is still unpaid after the grace period.
9. Liability
Taf9eel is a tool to help run the shop. We are not liable for indirect losses, such as lost profit or lost business, or for decisions made using the app. Our total liability is limited to the fees the shop paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain, and the courts of the Kingdom of Bahrain have jurisdiction.
